About Giant Runt:
Founded Cosmo Jones and Max Marshall in 2024, Giant Runt Gallery is an artist-run space located in the vibrant Near Southside neighborhood of Fort Worth, TX. Situated between the grassroots art scene of Fort Worth and the commercial scene of Dallas, TX, the gallery focuses on the work of local, national, and international artists, giving them a place to exhibit and try new things.
About Cosmo and Max:
Cosmo grew up in Fort Worth and got his MFA from UNT in 2021. Prior to grad school, Cosmo worked in theatre as the prop master of Amphibian Stage Productions and has experience in construction and art handling as the former forman of Currents New Media Festival in Santa Fe, NM. Max grew up in Rockport, Texas, and acquired her MFA from TCU in 2024. Before Max worked for some years as a registrar and art handler at an arts logistics company in Dallas, TX. In addition to Giant Runt, the pair has a separate curatorial project, organizing, and putting on shows as the Kickpigeon Kids.
